PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT MADE EASY AT WEALTHNUGGETS4U.COM -
ANDY O'NEILL

Discover via this personal development website, how to attain wealth in all areas of your life. This is much simpler than most people realise. Happiness, success, becoming rich etc. are all simply states of mind, ways of thinking and being and I'm not just talking about positive thinking either.

The more we love and nurture something the more it grows. However, it is vital that we don't confuse love with obsession or lust, these are totally different, destructive emotions. The bottom line in becoming wealthier in all areas of our lives is this: Shower anything with love and appreciation and it will respond accordingly.

Wealthnugget4u:- Personal development: Always carry at least £50 on your person, even if it's your last £50. The psychological benefits of touching and seeing this money numerous times a day are enormous. I don't use a wallet I prefer to carry my money in my pocket so that it's closer to my skin.

Every time I touch or see the money I thank God for it. If currently you can't afford that amount of money then use fake money instead. Don't be embarrassed about people seeing it either, I kiss my banknotes every time I put them into or take them out of my pocket (scary), so don't worry about it.

Money is obviously an essential part of wealth, but it IS only a part of it. As well as discussing how to make more money we are going to explore how to become wealthier in all areas of our lives, like most other things there is a method to it.

Since I started to understand the art of personal development, my life has undergone all manner of improvements. I've met and married my soul mate, attained a company directorship, a wonderful lifestyle and most satisfyingly, I've acquired inner peace of mind and contentment, something I could only have dreamt about ten years ago.

My Top Three Personal Development Methods Are:

1. GRATITUDE:- We must strive to develop the habit of being grateful for absolutely everything in our lives. This has many benefits including altering our mindset from one of lack to one of privilege it also changes other people's perception of us and good things suddenly start showing up in our lives much more often.

2. SELF PRAISE:- We are all far too self critical we erode our own confidence without even being aware we are doing it. By regularly practicing the habit of self praise, your confidence will soon start to grow. However, self confidence is best developed one small step at a time we shouldn't push ourselves too far too quickly.

3. DETERMINATION:- Success as the saying goes is undoubtedly 90% perspiration and 10% inspiration. We need to focus on our desired result, decide what we are willing to do and/or give up to achieve it, always be honest with ourselves and then just go for it.

The world economy is currently going through it's toughest time in more than 20 years, but we shouldn't be afraid of the 'credit crunch' because this is the climate in which successful people flourish, anyone can do it when the conditions are easy.

Jim Rohn, the famous American business guru and personal development expert stated that. "We should work harder on ourselves than we do at our job. Because, if we work hard at our job we'll make a living, but if we work hard on ourselves we'll make a fortune!" He also declared that. "We shouldn't wish for cicumstances to be easier, instead we should wish that we were stronger."

If that sounds like hard work don't be discouraged, because change is always better implemented one small step at a time. However, if we invite change, we will surely get it. Therefor, it's imperative that we know exactly what it is we want.

Wealthnugget4u:- Personal development: Never leave a penny or a dime on the pavement. If we do, God (the force that drives the universe) will interpret it as us not needing any additional wealth.

Likewise, never refuse a gift, no matter how small or inappropriate it appears at the time. If we do not show gratitude for all forms of wealth, irrespective of whether it appears large or small, or whether we think that we need it or not, it will simply stop coming to us.

Wealthnugget4u:- Personal development: I regularly soak all my copper in vinegar to make it all shiny and new looking again. As I said previously, shower anything in love and appreciation, and it will respond accordingly.

Please visit all sections of this personal development website, if you really want to attain wealth in all areas of your life, I have studied human nature in the most minutest of detail over the years, and I have laid out much of what I've learned in this website.

People handling is such a vital skill and one that is much misunderstood. I deal with all aspects of human behaviour in the site's BUSINESS and GROWTH sections but for now please consider the following Wealthnugget4u:-

Sprinkle all your conversations with friends or business associates with the term:- "As you say" or "As you said" and then recall some appropriate phrase of theirs. This is a great way of building empathy and will automatically make a person warm to you.

There's nothing people love more than to hear their words reiterated. It makes them feel important and furthermore, they'll thank you for making them feel that way. We all want similar things, and we all want to feel loved and appreciated.

I will endeavour to write as much personal development content as possible. Enjoy the site, good luck with your personal development plans and I sincerely hope you become wealthy in all areas of your life.

Regards Andy.

ABOUT ME - ANDY O'NEILL

At the age of seven I finished bottom of my class (35th out of 35 kids) and was classified as special needs. My parents and grandparents fought the ruling and fortunately for me it was overturned and I was allowed to move up to the next school year with my friends and classmates.

Over the course of the next four years I rose to 4th place in the class and won a grammar school scholarship where I finished 1st 3 years running.

I'm now a company director and I live and work in Greater Manchester, England. I'm married to my soulmate and I have a lifestyle that most people would envy.

The purpose of this site is to promote personal development. I have read and studied well over 1,000 personal development books and they have helped me to significantly improve my life in all areas over the years.

What I am about to share with you has been derived from painstaking experience and I promise you that if you follow my principles you will develop the werewithal to become the best possible version of you.

If I could only give one piece of advice to the people I care about it would be; Never let anyone convince you that you are incapable of becoming successful.

I hope you enjoy the site.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: RANDOM COMMENT

# Rather than waiting for something like money, the perfect partner, a great job, new house etc to make you happy, try to FEEL happy now.

You can FEEL any which way you want to it is all down to personal choice, it's one of the great freedoms of life.

# If you want to improve your children's personal development then praise their EFFORT, not their ABILITY, If you praise their EFFORT it will encourage them to try even harder, If you praise their ABILITY they will develop a fear of failure. They will think that you already regard them as being 'top dog', so why should they do anything more and risk jeopardising the situation?

# When you say thank you it means something good has happened. If you keep saying thank you good things will start to happen, it's called the law of reverse effect.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: SOMETHING DIFFERENT

The main difference between humans and rats:

When we as humans face difficult problems we have a tendency to give up far too easily. Instead of persevering, we prefer to look for someone to blame.

We'll blame our boss, our work colleagues, our partners, our kids, the government. In fact, we'll blame anyone, but we rarely blame ourselves. This process makes us feel better about our lives and serves as an excuse for not succeeding.

Conversely, when rats face difficult situations they adopt a totally different attitude. They are born survivors there are more of them than us on this planet.

Nothing stops them. If there is a way, a solution to a problem then they will find it, no matter how long it takes them or how difficult the problem is.

The rat in it's own simplified way knows one of the secrets of personal development. It takes RESPONSIBILTY for it's life. If we don't take responsibility for our own lives then someone else will.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DIARY ARCHIVE: WED 1ST FEB JAN/12

RETRO POST: ORIGINALLY POSTED MON 6TH/DEC/10

It's Monday morning, I know...stop yawning.

It's not just ANY Monday though, my buddies outside the UK please indulge me for a moment because this is important.

It's Coronation Street 'tram crash' night. Yikes! my nails are already bitten to the quick, half the cast wiped out in one fail swoop!

Am I being TOO optimistic?

Come 8pm tonight I'm convinced we are still going to be left with 'Dreary Deirdrie' 'Boring Ken' and 'claire and Ashley' - half price tickets on sale here guys, can I tempt you?

Turning a tad more serious now, wiki-leaks suggest that the US have mocked the 'special relationship' with the Uk. I don't often give my oppinion on politics on this site but on this occasion I will:

I believe the Uk will always be friends with the US, we have always supported each other and we watch each others backs, we are like brothers in arms, as long as I live and breathe I will support the USA and no-one will ever convince me to do otherwise.

Jealous people will always try to ruin other people's good relationships, the trick is not to let them.

This is way too heavy for a Monday morning but my final word on the US/UK relationship is 'We Love you guys' (In a manly back-slapping kind of way of course) but having said that why did your/our ancestors p*** off and leave us in this freezing, godforsaken country?

You can soon go off someone you know.

You did send us home the McDonald's franchise though...thanks.

Andy.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DIARY UPDATE: FRI 3RD FEB/12

"WHO WEARS THE TROUSERS?" (NO 63)

COHABITING:

Spending time together: (cont)

We've all been there, shuddering at the prospect of two to three months of horrible cold weather and wondering what the hell we can do to bring a little 'sunshine' into our lives. I believe it's imperative to keep active during such times, also to consider your partner's wishes as much as your own.

A good idea to keep your relationship healthy is to take turns at choosing what you are going to do on a weekend, and no matter what your partner plumps for (within reason) you should go along with it. You may even discover that you enjoy some of your partner's activities as much as, if not more than, your own.

M - "Okay, hun for this weekend's excursion I've booked us two tickets to go and see the English Football Museum. It's located at Preston North End's stadium, home of the great Tom Finney."

On second thoughts, maybe not!

Although quality time spent together, is the key to the success of any relationship you should still consider whether you and your partner are compatible in regards to the amount of time you both want to spend with each other.

There's no point deciding to live together if you prefer being with someone all of the time, but your partner would rather just do their own thing, because in the long run it just wont work.

W - "Sorry hun, I can't go to dinner with you on Saturday evening, I'm going out with the girls. No, Sunday I'm going shopping with my mum and sis, and Monday night I'm working out at the gym. Let's see, Tuesday I've promised to go for a drink with Claire from work, and Wednesday I've got that netball tournament. How about we grab some breakfast together on Thursday Morning? ... Sorry darling, Thursday's cancelled, I forgot, I'll have to leave early because I'm working in London all day. I'll tell you what, I'll check my diary for the week beginning the 15th and get back to you A.S.A.P. Anyway, I must love you and leave you honey - T.T.F.N. - Mmwwaa!"

Irrespective of, how much or how little time you get to spend with your partner try not to waste any of it arguing! As someone once said "Don't sweat the small stuff."

A loving relationship is worth more than anything else in the world, and I believe it should be a priority in everyone's life. The vast majority of us are selfish by nature; thus, we must keep working and trying to achieve and maintain a prosperous and healthy relationship with our partners.

M - "Why should you have listened to what your mother said about me? Was she singing my praises again by any chance?"

To be continued ...

Andy.
