WEALTHNUGGETS4U:- PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT MADE EASY.

Discover via this personal development website how to attain wealth in all areas of your life. This is much simpler than people realise. You see, happiness, success, becomming rich etc. are all simply states of mind, ways of thinking and being and I'm not just talking about positive thinking either.

The more you love and nurture something the more it grows. However it is vital that you don't confuse love with obsesssion or lust, these are totally different, destructive emotions. The bottom line in becomming wealthier in all areas of your life is this. Shower anything with love and appreciation and it will respond in ways you never thought possible.

Wealthnugget4u:- Personal development: Always carry at least £50 on your person, even if it's your last £50! The psychological benefits of touching and seeing this money numerous times a day are enormous. I don't use a wallet I prefer to carry the money in my pocket so that it is closer to my skin.

Every time you touch or see the money thank (your) God for it. If currently you really can't afford that amount of money then use fake money instead. Don't be embarassed about people seeing it either, I actually kiss my banknotes every time I put them into or take them out of my pocket! So don't worry about it.

Money is obviously an important part of wealth but as well as showing you how to make more money I am going to show you how to become wealthier in all areas of your life. Since I really started to understand the art of personal development, my life has become totally transformed. I have met and married my soulmate, I've attained a company directorship and a lifestyle that most people can only dream about. But most satisfyingly of all I've aquired peace of mind and I can asure you it is such a great feeling.

My Top 3 Personal development methods are:

1. GRATITUDE:- Develop the habit of being grateful for absolutely everything in your life. This has many benefits, including altering your mindset from one of lack to one of privilige, it will also change other people's perception of you and good things will suddenly start showing up in your life much more often than they used to.

2. SELF-PRAISE:- We are all far too self-critical, we erode our own confidence without even knowing we are doing it. By regularly practicing the habit of self-praise your confidence will soon start to grow. However, self-confidence is best developed one small step at a time.

3. DETERMINATION:- Success is undoubtedly 90% perspiration and 10% inspiration, anyone who tells you otherwise is deluded. Focus on your desired result, decide what you are willing to do and/or give up to acheive it, always be honest with yourself and just go for it.

The world economy is currently going through it's toughest time in more than 20 years but don't be afraid of the credit crunch, get excited about it. Because this is the kind of climate in which successful people really flourish, anyone can do it when conditions are easy.

Jim Rohn, the famous American leadership development guru and personal development expert stated that. "You should work harder on yourself than you do on your job. Because, if you work hard at your job you'll make a living but if you work hard on yourself you'll make a fortune!" He also declared that. "You shouldn't wish for cicumstances to be easier, instead you should wish that you were stronger."

If that sounds like hard work don't be discouraged because if you want a better life you can implement it one small step at a time. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day! But trust me if you invite change you will surely get it. Therefor You must be a 100% sure that you know exactly what it is you want from your life. I will show you how to seperate your fantasies from reality.

Wealthnugget4u:- Personal development: Never leave a penny or a dime on the pavement. If you do, (your) God, the force that drives the universe will interpret it as you not needing any additional wealth, likewise never refuse a gift, no matter how small or inappropriate it appears at the time. If you do not show gratitude for all forms of wealth, irrespective of wether it appears large or small, it will simply stop comming to you. I regularly soak all my copper in vinegar to make it shiny and new looking again. But maybe you don't have to go that far!

Please visit all sections of this website, if you really want to attain wealth in all areas of your life. I have read and studied well over a thousand personal development books in my time. Furthermore, I have studied human nature in the most minutest of detail. People handling is such a vital skill and one that is much misunderstood. I deal with all aspects of human behaviour in my careers and relationships sections but for now please consider the following Wealthnugget4u:-

Sprinkle all your conversations/negotiations with people with the term:- "Like you say." or:- "Like you said." Then either recall some relevent quote of their's, or just proceed to say whatever you like! Who can disagree with something that's "like they say!" If for whatever reason the person does voice an objection, simply narrow your eyes, shake your head and say something like. "It must've been one of my friends that said it then or my dad/boss/mentor etc."

Whatever's most appropriate for the situation. But tust me, there's nothing people love more than to hear their words reiterated. It makes them feel important and furthermore, they'll thank you for making them feel that way. It's vital to understand that we all want the same things.

I will endeavour to write as much personal development content for you as possible and thereby implement another great wealth creation method. Which is, to try to add value to people's lives and then look for the reward, not the other way around.

Enjoy the site, good luck with your personal development plans and I sincerely hope you become wealthy.

Regards, Andy.

ABOUT ME - ANDY O'NEILL

At the age of 7 I finished bottom of my class (35th out of 35 kids) and was classified as special-needs. My parents and grandparents fought the decision and fortunately for me they got the ruling overturned. I was subsequently allowed to move up to the next school year with my friends and classmates and within 6 months I was up to 14th place, within 4 years I was up to 4th and managed to win a grammar-school scholarship, where I finished 1st 3 years running.

I am now a company director, I'm happily married to my soulmate and live a life that millions of people can only dream about. I thank my God for my good fortune hundreds of times a day because I am totally conviced that gratitude is a crucial element of success.

From the age of 17 I developed an interest in personal development, I have read and studied about 1,200 personal development and leadership development books and listen to about 10 hours per week of in-car personal development CD's. Yes, I am obsessive and a tough task-master with a notoriously short fuse but I always become successful at everything I put my mind to. The aim of this site is to help people who have a genuine desire to improve themselves and all aspects of their lives.

Regards, Andy.
