Try these wealth exercises to enhance your personal development training. We are all individuals and no-one is exactly the same as us but fundamentally we all want similar things. This section of the site is intended to give you exercises to help you acheive your heartfelt desires.
Faith and belief are crucial for living a happy life, I'm not particularly a religious person but I do believe in karma. I believe that all our actions wether they are good or bad come back to us at some stage in our lives.
My own personal development training has taught me the power of the subconcious mind. Once you convince it of something it will do everything in it's power to bring the situation about. It does this because it believes this is what our concious mind wants. It doesn't reason it just delivers.
I also believe that patience is important. Emotion supercharges desire but at times we must exercise caution because sometimes we are meant to wait for things and also we don't always know what is best for us. It's good practice to pass your problems over to your subconscious just before you go to sleep and it will work on them for you once the conscious mind (the ego) is disengaged.
The subconscious mind also regulates our body temperature, our breathing, our heartbeat and all our other functions? Do not underestimate this fantastic computer-like mechanism that all of us posess and moreover USE IT.
I'll call the first personal development training exercise I'm going to share with you.
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN.
This is aptly named because her majesty's face appears on every English banknote and coin in circulation. I'm going to use a twenty pound note as an example but you can use any denomination or any currency for that matter.
If you practice it regularly I promise, money will start to flow to you. However it is vital that you don't cancel the instruction by refusing any small gifts or small amounts of money, even pennys because if you do your subconscious mind will take it as a sign that you don't want or need any extra money.
Whilst we're on the subject of the subconscious mind the next personal development training exercise is about putting it to work whilst our conscious mind is asleep.
It is entitled.
THE NIGHT SHIFT.
One thing that seperates great people from ordinary ones is the ability to 'elasticate' time. We all have the same number of hours to work with but some people just seem to make much better use of their time than others.
In no way am I advocating that you work all the hours God sends. that's a surefire way to end up in an early grave. On the contrary some of the most successful people on the planet work only twenty to thirty hours a week. It's what they do in that time that counts.
Most of us get between six and eight hours sleep per night. sometimes we sleep well sometimes we don't
but this is time we can utilise and with extremely little extra effort. I'm going to show you how you can put your subconcious mind to work whilst your concious mind is asleep.
If you trust it's abilities and exercise a little patience it will give you the most extraordinary results. From offering unique solutions to problems, to generating wealth and improving or enhancing your personal development. Give it a go and be prepared to be astounded.
